Welcome to my slightly insane world :D

So I recently got back from three amazing weeks of sailing in France, and I think it's safe to say that if I lived in France I would be obese and there would be a national shortage of 'crepe au nutella' (seriously, I'm addicted).
I'm sorry this set isn't great, it will take me a while to get back into polyvore and make acceptable sets, I've just been gone because of exams (from which i find out my GCSE results tomorrow, eeek) and sailing and shizz, but I have time now! woo!
I'm off to make chocolate chip cookies (just because I want some raw cookie dough right now :L) and then I shall get down to replying to as much as possible whilst munching on raw cookie dough,

Back from my week in Cornwall (my version of a sweet 16th birthday party is camping in Cornwall in a roadtrip vany thing from America, learning to surf and shizz with my 5 closest friends), twas amazing, I had A LOT of fun :L Anyways, I have a bunch of major exams coming up (end of school ones that determine my fate, my future...my life...), so ja, I guess you could say I'm busy :L

N'aww, I've seen so many lovely commets and such from you guys, and I also got top art sets! I love you guys <3 But unfortunately, I'm actually meant to be doing science coursework right now, and it's kinda a big deal :'( So I can't reply quite yet, and I can't write a story to explain this set quite yet, but just know, that I love you, bro xxx

By the way, this is only a part of her arena outfit, I just wanted to show the basics, since I don;t want to have the same outfit in every single arena set :)
 
Very, very short story to explain slightly:
The plate rose slowly, bringing me closer to my death , and in short seconds I stood above the ground, wind whipping my red hair into a whirlwind. I squinted into the sun, trying to see the arena. But before my eyes adjusted, I smelt it. The ocean. The all too familiar ocean smell, laced with gritty salt. Even the sea air was like a long lost friend greeting me.
 
I wanted to cry with joy. And once my sluggish eyes adjusted to the brilliantly bright sun, I couldn't help gasp. We, the 24 bloodthirsty tributes, were positioned in a large circle around a small island holding the golden glistening horn known as the Cornacopia. The island was sorrounded by a void of waves. Warm, lapping, familiar waves. About 500m to one side of the mini island was a seemingly large island, or general sturdy land
 
Yet this one had a soft sandy beach, which led to caves and sandy coloured rocks, which then climbed upwards to green pine filled forests. Behind the beach, rocks and forest I had no idea what awaited me, and frankly, I was fine staying confined to the familiar area. After assessing the arena, I looked back to the Cornacopia.
 
30 seconds remained before it was safe to step off and not be blown to smithereens. And for the first time in days, I had a slight glimmer of hope that I could save my best friend, that I did have a chance of protecting those who I loved in the arena.
 
I poised myself on the platform, ready to leap of into the crashing waves, and a plan quickly formulated in my head. I knew I could navigate these waves as if I were born in them - they were just like the ones back home. After spotting a harpoon nestled next to the glistening gold horn, with some knives and a backpack scattered relatively close by, knew I had to go against all the advice given, and swim to the Cornacopia, the garunteed blood bath. I quickly discovered Alex 5 tributes away from me, I caught his eye which was rewarded with a knowing smile and nod. And then the games really began.

I've been in hibernation for a few days now - ill and spending all my time watching star wars and eating chocolate chip cookies. I regret nothing

Meh. Feel like poo. So I'm making a crappy and quick set to reflect my mood. Have been doing hard-core graphics all day, but somehow it seems as if I've done nothing :(
